Subscriptions are one of the most important issues in the process of moving to a new house and one of the most important issues that you should take care of before moving if possible. In order to complete the subscription process, you must have a DASK(Earthquake and Natural Disaster Insurance Institution) policy. If you give us a power of attorney, we complete all required subscriptions on your behalf.
What is DASK?
DASK is compulsory earthquake insurance for your property provided by the state. This insurance must be renewed every year. For subscriptions such as electricity and water, you must first have this policy made. You can do this from the nearest bank or insurance agency. The insurance fee varies according to the square meter of your property. The average wage is between 100 and 150 TL.

Electricity Subscription
The average amount to be paid for electricity subscription is between 350 and 700 TL.

The average amount to be paid for the water subscription is between 600 and 700 TL.

Natural Gas Subscription
For natural gas subscription, you need to make a preliminary application through customer service centers. As a result of this application, your home is checked and approved for natural gas installation by authorized persons. Finally, you have to pay an average of 1,400 TL.
